Unsolicited text message - requires sending STOP to get off list. Should be illegal.

exactly as knoxman...at 12pm today...at work and he said the exacta same thing to me. I told him to send my a written letter tooo. imagine. I knew i would search the number and find i wasnt the only one.

I have been getting calls for over a week and I'm on the Do Not Call List. When I answer the call states, do not be alarmed, and this is when I hang up. Would like to put this number on the list.

Someone from this number and left a message that he had been trying to get hold of me and said that he had a court summons that he will deliver to my home if I don't reply by calling the above number. He stated that I had written a fraudlent check! I am like Cheryl above I don't even know who this person is and nor do I know what company says that I have written a dishonored check!!! He gave me a number to refer too. He told me good luck. Didn't identify what company he was representing or any client information. Is this a scam. I am contacting my attorney to see what he can find out. I am tired of these calls. Scares ya half to death.

Called my unlisted cell phone and did not leave a message

These people call me from different numbers saying I owe for a $300 loan from Cash Advance USA. I never have taken a loan from those people. I ask for phone numbers and dates of loan they refuse to give me any information. They just threaten me with arrests, calling me a liar, and now threated me with a law suit and filing it in California. I have a letter to go off to my State Attorney General about this. I believe this is a scam. I can not find a number for Cash Advance USA, but have left numerous request on they web site to contact me. No response. I found one complaint against them and a e-mail address I sent a request to her to contact me but so far no response Linda Mann

Someone called from their office named Officer Justin from the Better Business Bureau about a payday loan and if I didn't pay them 200 every two weeks I was going to be arrested and I'll have to go to court and hire an attorney. I'm like what the heck, and yes your right, but they aren't Indian, their Middle Eastern. They were rude, playing around in the office. Totally unprofessional.

Telemarketing call and we're on Do Not Call list, offering some sort of loans. Not interested. Never contacted them. I hit zero, a hispanic guy answered. He said "It is not me that called." I said "Well, DUH - you're a hispanic male and it was an anglo female on the recording" I told him I was going to report him since we're on the Do Not Call list. He said he'd remove me. I said "Fine - but I'm still reporting you" and he said "Ju looze ju chances now." and hung up on me. The nerve of these filthy telemarketers. Going to DNS site now to nail 'em. I ask that you all do the same.
